White Blank Surf Screen
If you are getting a white screen once you click on surf in Gods of Traffic, please click the back browser button and to to credit, auto assign and set your auto assign credits. Free members need the min of 80 percent before surfing is allowed and Traffic Titan needs to be set at the min of 50 percent. Sorry but the redirect page is currently not working and until I get it fixed, there is a warning login spotlight message to remind you as well and if you click the button on that page, it will direct you to the auto assign to set your min before you can surf.
Check spam for replies.
Please make sure to check your spam folder for replies and if it does go to your spam folder, please click report as not spam.
I will always reply to your support tickets within 24 hours unless it is the weekend and I am away. I see a lot of support tickets that I have replied, and they are not being shown to me as see by the member.

Placed in Vacation Mode:
The number one reason that you are being placed or see that you are in Vacation Mode is that your email is bouncing back. If you do not want solo's coming into your inbox, you need to setup a filter and direct the solos to the filter to bypass your main inbox.
The reason you are not being told why you are being placed in Vac Mode, is that I cannot send you a notice letting you know why because it bounces back. Then you send me a support ticket asking me why, I reply, and it bounces back.
